Hi,

when I create a new rule in my implementation layer i cannot select the ruleset (the field is not visibile in the form of the wizard). Instead, if I try it in my Framework layer the field is visible and i can select the ruleset.

Now I have locked and rolled MyImplLayer:01-01-01 and I have created MyImplLayer:01-01-02 but i cannot select the new ruleset because the field is not visible and Pega associates new rules to MyImplLayer:01-01-01 even if it is locked.

How can I solve this problem? My version is 7.3.1.
