Running a case gets failed
I have created a case and it worked successfully till yesterday,but while am running the case today it gets failed and unable to find the solution for that.
Can anyone help me out with this problem??

I didn't passed the step page in the activity at first.
Then when i entered the step page in activity it started working properly.

What kind of error does this display to the user?
And do you also see errors appearing in the logs?
If not (and possibly if so) can you see anything in tracer which gives any indication of an underlying problem (please ensure the "Exception" event is enabled)

Were there any changes made in the environment since then?
Is there any developer checked in new code, you could verify it by navigating. (Design Studio->Application->Development->Developer Activity).
To start the investigation, could you share the screen-shot of the error appearing. Also, share the PegaRULES log files capturing the event. Also, we would need to tracer capturing the use-case with tracer setting "Stream rules" checked.
