Run this agent on only one node at a time, is my config correct?

We have a cluster and all our agents/file listeners and MDB listeners are mapped to this cluster because they are started as DNodeType=BackgroundProcessingNode.
Only we have some agents that only should run on one node only. I have enabled the option "Run this agent on only one node at a time", but when I check the agent list in the SMA I still see this agent running on all the nodes that are started as DNodeType=BackgroundProcessingNode.
Can anyone tell me if this is correct?

Hi,
The configuration that you have done ("Run this agent on only one node at a time") will run the agent in all nodes but not simultaneously.
To run the agent in only one node you need to disable the agent from designer studio and enable this agent in that particular node through SMA (for versions lower that 7.3.0). Please refer the below links:

For 7.3.0 and above versions you can configure the node type and associate the agent with that node type.

Can you please clarify 'simultaneously' means?
Agents are not started at exactly same time but start overlapped?
Periodic 120sec,
Node A: Agent start at 00:00:00, end at 00:00:30
Node B: Agent start at 00:00:31, end at 00:01:00
Agents runs twice in 120sec.
If you want to run agent once in 120sec, set 'Delay next run of agent across the cluster by specified time period' ?
