The RuleSet Validation modes of the RuleSets created by the wizard
When creating an application by the new application wizard, the RuleSet validation mode of the enterprise RuleSets ( for example OrganizationName and OrganizationNameInt) is assigned as 'RuleSet Valiation'. Why does PRPC assigns the mode as 'RuleSet Valiation' not 'Application Valiation' for them?

Consider using RSP for rulesets shared across multiple applications, such as organizational rulesets.
This promotes isolation and allows reuse by other applications. The organizational rulesets created by the
New Application wizard are of mode RSP.
