how to change ruleset version number using Ruleset Maintenance wizard
PRPC comes with Ruleset Maintenance wizard (Designer Studio -> System -> Refactor -> Rulesets)
Based on the description on the wizard UI as well as Developer help, we can use it to change ruleset version number.
However, when I run the wizard, i do not see the option.
Can someone let me know how to do it? I am using Pega 7.1.8

Changing a ruleset version number
You can change the version number for a particular ruleset version, whether or not the version which you designate as the new number already exists. The target version belongs to the same ruleset as the source version. All rules, including non-resolved rules, from the source ruleset version become part of the target version. All rules retain their original pzInsKey values, and therefore retain their History.
When the change is complete, the wizard deletes all rules in the source version.

Thank you for your posting this question.
As you rightly mentioned we can change the ruleset version, to do so you must click on "Copy/Merge Ruleset" when you run the Ruleset Maintenance Wizard.
This is the screen that appears:
In the highlighted cell you can include the version number and using the gear icon you can change the version number.
