Rule set specialization vs Class

Hi Team,

We are using one of the standard PEGA frameworks for industries. Couple of rules (very few) needs to be customized in our application layer. Should we go ahead with class specialization or rule set specialization. As per my analysis it will be good to with rule set specialization since we know the original class to which the rule belongs and it can quickly help us to identify any impacts during upgrades.

@GeorgeJ6156I think as a best practice we need to customize with both ruselet and class specialization, creating a new class which inherits from the original class and save as the rule to the new class in the application ruleset.
