RPA; Need help with generating robotic automation in ROBOTIC designer studio for one application to create new contact
Hi,
I will be generating robotic automation in ROBOTIC designer studio for one application to create new contact .
i would like to pass multiple input properties from PEGA 7 to robotic automation in the studio.
How do we do these configurations? when i was passing all the properties individually its not working as expected.

Are you planning on doing this using RPA (a robot that works cases from a WorkBasket) or with RDA (a process that processes actions). Each type of automation receives and returns data to Pega through a case. There a number of articles on PDN to assist you. Search for RPA or RDA to get started.
