The CredentialStore component has a Location property. You can alter this to place the file wherever you want. You won't be able to open this as another user on another machine due to its encryption. If you want to have the same user have access to it on another machine, you must enable roaming profiles on your network, as it is encrypted with information from the user's AppData directory.
