Robotics - keep loosing the Credentials after server refresh
We use the Credential Manager to store the application login credentials. once we set the credentials, it is working fine with out automation with out any issues but when ever there is a server security patch update and server restart then we are loosing the stored credentials and we need to load the credential app, enter all the details , exit and load our automated application. How to avoid this process? How to retain the credentials even after the server restart?
We tried to take back up of the "AppInfo" file and place it in the same folder back after server restart but that did not work and also some of the PDN document says to look for %programdata%\openspan\WinLogonEntries.data , but we do not have this .data file in this location.

I would suggest that you open a support ticket as this would likely be identified better with some hands on exploration. You can change the directory that the appinfo file is created in if the default location is getting deleted. The credentials are encrypted with the user information, so if that is changing, then that would explain it as well.

After re-reading this, I have to ask the obvious, is that file getting deleted when you perform the refresh? If so, then you can change its location to somewhere that it won't get deleted. If you are not changing the user at all, then you can move it and put it back where you found it, but it is encrypted with elements from the user profile, so it will not work with a new user profile (even for the same user).
