Robot Mode can not run offline error

Hi,

currently i am using 22.1.4 Pega robot, while start Robot runtime i am getting RPA Mode cannot run offline, application will now exit.

Kindly help on this.

@Sarveswara Reddy This is likely a misconfiguration with your server connectivity. If you collect a RuntimeLog it might help you isolate which setting you have incorrectly configured. I would set all categories to DEBUG and run it. If you post it here, I can certainly take a look.

@Sarveswara Reddy It seems like there might be a problem with your Robot operator. Perhaps it is missing a workgroup or an access group. You should check those things first and make sure they are correct. It may also be a mis-configuration with your registration process where your registration operator is not being assigned to a workgroup that has a package assigned to it.
