Restricting the Import button on the decision table toolbar

HI Team,

We have a requirement where we have to delegate a decision table. But the client is concerned with the import option in the toolbar and they do want it to be removed. OOTB i do not see any option to restrict this.

Any pointers in this regard is much appreciated.
