Rest connector creation issue
Hi,
I am getting "Class id cannot be greated than 25 characters" issue when trying to create rest connector using the Connector wizard. Please help why I am getting this strange error, because we should not have any limits on class id length. Using Pega 7.2.1 version.

I think you can't make class name shorter, since it is about be generated. Please check if you service name is too long or the keyword of any element replicated from your service in the class name.

There is a restriction on the number characters for Class Name. Also if it increases then DB will bypass the indexing (if pzinskey becomes longer) as it can't generate DB statistics. Hence try to make the class name a bit shorter and try again.

Thank you Swarnendu and Habeeb... I will try with a short name, but actually the part the wizard generated "IGATE-FW-NewHireOBFW-Int-" itself is 25 characters long, so I cant add even a single letter to it as it throws an error. It seems I need to minimize the "NewHireOBFW" part of the identifier.
