REST connector response issue
Hi,
I am able to pass the request message via REST connector into external system but I am receiving the failure response in clip board .
Could you please let me know the root cause of the issue !

The error message seem to suggest that the response is not providing a format that is understood by the ParseXML rule. Check to see if the external server is responding with the right message expected by the PRPC server.

But when I use same request and response XML by the time of the connect rest wizard I am getting proper response via TEST feature but same is not getting response after try to conenct real time.
At the same time I tried to parse the response XML via PRPC generated and didnt see any issues either.

Could you please help in Resolving the Authentication issue. i am using pega 7.1.7

1. could you please check the version of JDK version (1.7 and above) is suggested.
2. please check the authentication header
3. validate the headers and input data
4. run the same URL on SOAP UI
5. enable loggers on
- httpclient.wire.header
- httpclient.wire.content
- Rule_Obj_Activity.pyInvokeRESTConnector.Rule_Connect_REST.Action

1. Were you able to get the response from SOAP UI?
2. Were you using authentication in the REST Service? If yes, how are you passing the credentails to authenticate the service REST rule.
