REST Connect - Patch Method is not avaiable

Hi,

We will require PATH method for one of the Service Now rest connector API. After searching in PDN it seems that an enhancement request was created (FDBK-5176) for the similar requirement. Can someone let us know the progress of the request. Our PRPC version is 7.2.2.

Hello,

I just looked up FDBK-5176 and that has to do with Case Management. When you have the right Feedback ID, you can take that to your Account Executive for more information.

you can pass this header in the call ‘ X-HTTP-Method-Override’ setting it to PATCH, and do a POST call with the appropriate patch body.The server side will be able to recognize it as a PATCH call and do the needful.
