Resave rules to the database
I'm seeing an issue where certain section and UI rules seem to not be rendering properly. So far, my workaround has been to check out the rule and save a new version to a branch or local ruleset. However, I'm finding an issue with Final, Internal rules as well.
Is there anyway to perform some sort of "bulk resave" of all rules?
It's unclear what happened but I know there was a recent database software upgrade in this environment and my thought was that perhaps then the database records holding the rules were corrupt? We have previously run a cache clear and server reboot before this started happening, so in theory it is pulling the data from the database and rebuilding the java ... so I figured it's possible that the database version / config of the rule is at fault.

@jpbecker Quick update: I should've put this in earlier but we did discover the previously overlooked "resave and validate" tool. Useful for sure BUT doesn't impact rules in locked rulesets like the base/core components we're having issues with as above.
