Problem with resaving the context dictionary: the context saving bar did not advance while resaving the dictionary.

Hi All,

After finishing the installation of Pega Personal Edition 8.7, I installed PEGA CDH 8.7 in my personal edition. I attempted to re-save the context dictionary, but after a time it became stuck and stopped going ahead.
