Request to review Pega Academy access level for Infinity release content
Hello Pega Academy Team,
I hope you’re well.
I’m currently studying towards further Pega certifications and actively working through Pega Infinity (24.x) material to ensure my knowledge is aligned with the current platform.
I was recently advised by Peter van der Putten to review the Pega Infinity Release Update Overviews on Pega Academy as a good way to bridge the gap from CSA 8.7 to the current Infinity releases. When I attempted to access the content, I received an “Access denied – You are not authorized to access this page” message, and it appears the material is restricted to users with Pega, Partner, or Contractor visibility.
I wanted to ask whether it might be possible to review or adjust my Academy access level, or alternatively advise on the best way for an independent learner to access this release-specific content. My goal is simply to stay current with the latest Pega capabilities, particularly around Blueprint, Constellation, and Infinity updates.
If there are prerequisites, programmes, or formal steps I should follow to gain access, I’d be very happy to do so.

@Gareth As noted, the content you are trying to access is restricted to Pega and our Partners.
I recommend you take advantage of the Blueprint, Constellation, and other training that is available to you.
