Report Scheduling Issues
Hi,
A user has scheduled and subscribed a report from his operator ID, and the another operator is unable to see that respective scheduled report when he is working on a differnt node from the same environment, what might be the possible reasons for that?
Actually this is happening in production region but this is working fine in Dev as expected.

Thanks for responding Rincy, Please find the below observations
1) Are both operators(say op1 and op2) belonging to the same Access group(say AG)? Yes
2) Is the report scheduled through Agent? Yes
3) Are both operators in the same/different geographical location? Of course yes, but even if the user form different location should also see the scheduled report, please let me know if there is any specific issue related with the geographical location.

Thanks for the response.
Since you informed, the report is scheduled through Agent, so it would consider server timezone and operator's locale time does not come into account.
As you observed the issue only in production, could you verify if you followed below for other nodes in production environment.
"By including the Instances of Pega-ScheduledTask class in Product file, you can move the scheduled rules to higher environments". Refer the post.

Hello Rincy,
In our case the user himself is scheduling the report in production, but other user in the same production is unable to see that scheduled report.
