Report Definition is not fetching cases which are created today

Hi Team,

I have created work objects and in RD i am not receiving WO which are created Today, till yesterday only it was fetching.

i have the data in the table.

Hi,

Check the RD and the filter criteria first. I think you are running the RD individually to see the rows fetched. If RD is  not able to fetch the expected run the tracer and enable DB query to capture the query being formed. If you have DB access the you can run the query at DB end to verify the query formation. But mostly check your filter criteria.

Attach the screenshot of the RD you are using...

Is there any filter condition applied?

Does your RD retrieves the cases without any filter?
