Report with bar chart
Hi,
I have a requirement to implement report to show the list of operator "Open" status cases count based on
aging into consideration( means need to show the count of open cases based on days in BAR chart)
using reports.
not achived the exact format as attached in bar chart.jpg. but achived the requirement some what as shown in the RD chart attachment.

I think you can add sub reports to get count for 1-3, 4-6, 7-9 etc... In the main report use those values for the chart. Select Bar chart type as stacked and use those count columns for the bar.

The most common way that I've seen this done is to create a SQL function alias that accepts the min and max age values in days for a given interval along with a case ID. The FA returns 0 or 1 depending on whether the age of the case falls between the given min and max. You can then have a column for each interval's count by using the FA (with the different intervals) as the column sources.
