Data labels for bar chart
I have a bar chart and the data is displayed only when the mouse pointer is hovered over. Is there a way to have the data for each bar displayed permanently?

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. Do you mean to say you want to display the count on the bar.?
Pega uses a 3rd party tool - FusionCharts to display the chart.

Yes, I would like to display the count on the bar. When I edit the chart, I do not see any feature that allow me to select "display" or anything else.

Did you create the chart with the report definition? Did you try using the chart control? It includes an option to display the values called "Show values" on the presentation tab.
Also which version of Pega are you using?

The suggestions provided do not work. Most likely the feature to show the values on the chart is not available in the application that I am using.
