Report attaching

While attaching file and sending report to the email by using correspondence, I am getting this error in log : ( Send.Data_Corr_Email.Action) ERROR - Data-Corr-Email that failed to send has pzInsKey of : DATA-CORR-EMAIL . Can anyone pls suggest solution

Hi Marc,

Only this error message is present in pega logs:SL:01.60] (   Send.Data_Corr_Email.Action) ERROR   - Data-Corr-Email that failed to send has pzInsKey of : DATA-CORR-EMAIL

And the work object is resolved completed and again it took the last stage where correspondence is configured, and waiting in FixCorrespondence. when I click on FixCorrespondence, I am getting this below message

"Either no actions are specified for this assignment or you do not have the permission to access any of them"
