Repeated failure during exercise

I am trying to do the Capstone Exercise: Designing a case life cycle. I keep getting the following error:

Status fail
Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Operator ID Unauthenticated or not available
Requestor ID No ID available
Timestamp Tue Jan 22 17:21:49 UTC 2019
Engine Version PegaRULES 7.30 (PRPC-7.3.1-184)

I have done the following:

  1. Logged out
  2. Closed my browser (didn't matter whether I was using Chrome or Firefox)
  3. Cleared my browser cache
  4. Reattempted the exercise.

I even tried Google Incognito and Firefox InPrivate browsing.

After the failure, I can re-enter the exercise, but all my work is gone (no Case Type "Guest Review"...and yes, I saved after each stage, after the alternate stage and optional action, and after each configured user view). Sometimes I get further than others, but I have been unable to complete the exercise.

I'm using the following:

  • Dell Latitude 7480
  • Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1
  • Installed memory (RAM): 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable) (4.7 GB actually used)
  • System type: 64-bit Operating System
  • Chrome Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • Firefox ESR 52.8.0 (32-bit)

I've attached my previous communications with Pega as a txt file.

I would like to complete all the exercises for this class as review to take my certification. What do I need to do to get this issue resolved?
