System failure, Exercise: Configuring a standard user view

When attempting to add field "Employee" as a Field Group to the user view on the Onboarding Case Type, I am receiving a "fail" status, and instructions to "consult your administrator". Please advise. Thanks.

Disregard.  I was able to add the field group by selecting the "Edit this view" link - not clear from the step by step instructions in the exercise.
