Repeat grid Row selection formatting using mixin not working (Pega 7.2.1)

Hi,

I'm experiencing the following issue:

  1. In the skin I'm using I defined a custom style for trees and grids.
  2. In abovementioned custom style, on the Behaviors tab, I refer to a custom mixin "Selected item background SightGlassResults" for Row Hover and Row Selection.
  3. In this custom mixin "Selected item background SightGlassResults" I defined the desired background color.
  4. On the Repeat Grid itself, on the Presentation tab I specified the custom style.
  5. Still the background color of the row does not change on select or hover.

Fyi, before creating this post I checked the forum and found this post from 2015: https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/skin-issue-occurring-selecting-row-repeat-grid . I even tried this workaround, but it does not work for me as HTML Fragments have been deprecated by now.

I'm using Pega 7.2.1 (Cloud instance).

Please help?

Hi ,

Is Row hovering enabled in grid presentation tab configuration?If not please select this option for row hover effect .

Is it not working only if using mixin for background color ?

Please share configuration snapshot for row hovering and row selection of custom grid style in Skin rule.

Hi sahus,

Checking the enable hover flag did the trick for hovering. Rows I hover over now turn the desired color.

For row selection it is still not working. Attaching screenshot.
