Rendering pyCaseManager7 Harness is invalid with Refresh condition

When I put Refresh Condition for pyPortalContent in pyCaseManager7 harness, rendering Case Manager is improperly. Refresh Condition for pyPortalHeader and pyPortalNav work fine.

Does anybody have any ideas? Did anybody face to the same issue?

Hi Jun,

See if it works by setting the refresh condition on the included section in the pyDashboard7 harness as shown below.

It will be a workaround, but I still need to put Refresh condition on the pyDashboard7, otherwise i will need to put refresh condition on every harness application is using.

Hi Jun,

I followed your steps (Saved pyCaseManager7 Harness to my own ruleset and added a refresh condition for pyPortalContent section) and reproduced the issue on my Pega 7.1.9 system.

If I remove the refresh condition, it show as below:

Please create a SR for it.
