PegaSurvey ruleset will be part of application ruleset stack, we need to remove it from there. After the removal of this ruleset, we need to revalidate and save all the questions, question pages and survey rules in our application. Make sure to recheck if there are any overridden rules in your application from PegaSurvey rules. Instead we need to take latest rule from Pega-Survey ruleset and override it for any modifications.
