Regarding email correspndence
I am able to see the email attachment in a case but the email is not being sent to the user. Can anyone tell the solution for this?

There might be multiple reasons for this. Here are some, which I have faced.
- Make sure TO address value is passed to the SendMail activity. Check whether the TO address is available in that attachment.
- Email Account might not be configured properly. Check whether the credentials are correct.
- SMTP might have reached the daily email limit.
- SMTP might have blocked the email for some reason.
- Email might be marked as Spam in the receivers inbox.
Try tracing and check logs if the issue is still unidentified. Good Luck!

Are you getting any exception specific to this in the log file? Please share the exception if there is any.
You could probably trace the behavior and check for any issue

Any exceptions or errors will be identified by the logs. If you don't find any exceptions or run time errors everything is clear. Another possible reason might be for some email accounts daily email sending limit will present. Eg: Personal email accounts won't send more than 500 or 700 emails per day something like that.
