Regarding display Phone number field with hypen and save the value without hypen
I need to find if there is some way we can display phone number with hypen and save the value with no hypen and I have to check if we can do it directly from the property

You can use edit-input rule where you can write the logic to remove the hypen in the entered ui control.

You can use the replaceAll function (string related) in your edit input rule. Configure this edit input in the respective phone number property.
Str str= str.replaceAll("-","").
This is just the piece of code. Please refer the existed OOTB edit input rules and implement the above code.
@P.Siva.Praveen but In front end hypen should be visible only it save without hype If I add above code it will remove hypen in front end right
@AVINASHL4108 Either you have write a custom control or maintain 2 properties one for display and another for backend.
