Validate the Phone number
Requirements:
- System will only accept 10 digit numbers. First three (Area code) or Second three (exchange code) or last four numbers should not be zeroes
How can i validate individually.

For this requirement you can use Edit Validate on property, Pega has given some OOTB feature, By using that you can validate 10 digit Phone number, in addition to it you have to use OOTB function to split the required number (Sub String function or WhatComesAfter/WhatComesBefor) i.e Area Code, and Exchange code once you are able to separate it, you can use it for validation.
Hope this will give you some idea to achieve your functionality.

But this will be only client side validation :-
To validate a string, use

The property which you are using for the phone number for that property , give and edit validate.
you can write your own java code for that , or take the help of the OOTB edit validate called USphone.
