Refreshing operator record

I have a requirement that i have 2 flows signup flow and registration flow.Once i complete the signup flow i will setting the access group of the particular user to registration access group.we have 2 seperate harness for signup and registration.without logging off from sign up or after successful sign up authentication i have to come to registration portal.even though the reg portal is coming but the harness is not picking correctly.

i am using create case shape in signup flow to start the registration flow.

kindly provide your suggestions

Hi Praveen

Please provide screen shots of your set up so it is clear what you are trying to do. Also, specify PRPC version. 

Check to see if there are exception in the logs when you see the correct portal, but not the relevant harness. Are there errors that you see when you run tracer?
