Reading a zip file through Filelistener and to attaching it to a case in 7.4

Hi All,
I have a requirement. I need to read a zip file and add it to a case as an attachment

I am facing an issue configuring service file for the request, method tabs

Some help in configuring appreciated. (no need to unzip the file)
