Explanation from Training website:
You use an aggregate function in a subreport to determine the count of divisions to which the operator belongs.

My questions : Why would this option require "count of divisions" and subquery. I was thinking the Option (A) is the answer because sub-report is used to find the operator id and latest update date from work table and the main report will use those two columns from subreport to identify the other columns needed for the report from work table.

For me it is still not clear why you need a subreport for answer c.

In the explanation Upendhar is referring to, there is an additional requirement of listing only managers who have more than 10 direct reports. That requirement is not mention in the question.

If I join Data-Admin-Operator-ID with itself on A1.pyUserIdentifier is equal to .pyReportTo I am able to create the report without using a subreport.
