quiz answered prefilled automatically

First time I went through DECISIONING AS A SERVICE, at the end, in the Quiz, all 3 questions were already pre-filled for me and all answers showed "Correct". Pretty sure I had never seen this course before so I dont think it can be a cache issue on my end.
