Question on video example --How circumstancing affects rule resolution
I am taking senior system architect training on 7.2, have a question about the video example on how circumstancing affects rule resolution. in the training, it is said that When several circumstanced versions of the base rule are available, the rule resolution algorithm selects a rule based on the availability of rules in the higher ruleset versions. There are three scenarios in the video. Can anyone share the idea why HP:03-20-2 is higher ruleset than other two mortgage rates? Thank you very much for the help

Hello, good question, the scenario is making some assumptions about the users ruleset list in the users profile. Frequently the order of rulesets and versions in the profile is based on the rulesets in the Application rule and it's built on applications.
HP is higher in the ruleset stack than MP.
The system ranks the remaining rules on the list in order of
A rule with a specific qualifier ranks higher than one with no qualifier.
