Hello all,

I am very new to Pega and on my way to complete the System Architect Essentials (8) Capstone Exercise.

When configuring the data source step in the savable RentalCustomer i am presented with the following error message:

pyDTName—

PersistNewCustomer does not exist or is not a valid entry for this ruleset and its prerequisites

To my knowledge everything has been configured correctly in the previous US101 - US108 steps.

The error is because the data transform rule does not exist. You need to create the PersistNewCustomer data transform yourself.

To the right of the Data transform name field, click the crosshairs icon to create
the new data transform.
