Query generated during Archival process

We have configured one Archival work object to archive and purge instances of a class.

We want to check the list of cases PRPC will use for archiving/purging in the next run. Is there any rule where PRPC defines the query to fetch the records. Is there any order that PRPC uses to fetch the records while doing the archiving.

Hi Chaitali,

On what basis are you archiving the cases?Is it filtering based on the status.I believe there will be some property to filter out the cases that should be archived.You can use that property directly and execute a db query with respective status to get the desired output.
