You can use the built in Unit Test functionality. Here are some links that will help you get started.

Hi Jeff,
From the links you provided, we understand that these are the options for the developers performing Unit Testing. Please let us know if we have similar techniques for the Testers to perform SIT & Regression Testing.
Thanks, Viji

The unit test feature allows you to build unit test automations. Those must be built by the developers, however using TestRunner they can be run by your testers or run automatically. Once you have unit test automations you can use them for SIT & regression testing throughout the life of your project.
The issue that is most commonly encountered however, is maintaining the test data in disparate systems to support your unit tests. Keeping data in a certain state in one application is usually possible but maintaining that state across multiple applications may be difficult. Therefore, unit test your application at the smallest level possible and do not try to do fully automated SIT testing.
