pzSkinScripts and pzHarnessRuleFormUtils Use
Can anyone provide further details regarding what the pzHarnessRuleFormUtils and pzSkinScripts js files do?

In the pzHarnessRuleFormUtils I see the following, but this may only be part of it's use:
