pzAttachFileBrowseMultiDD_P, Change 'Description' from text input to dropdown
Dear all,
I want to upload file, I use section pzAttachFileBrowseMultiDD_P, I've found that 'Description' will change after we selected the file, in this case I want to change the 'Description' from text input to drop down, I've ever tried to change it on Cell Properties and for Description, in the pyNote, I set properties ;
Table type
Local List
Table values
1 Application Letter
2 Curriculum Vitae
3 Academic Certificate
4 ID Card
It works so well when I run it with my username, but the bad is when another user runs it, the 'values of table' were gone from dropdown of Description, it seems like the changed is only on my local activity. Please help me to solve it, what can I do to appear the values of dropdown(Description) for all user that using this app, hereby I enclosed a pic for u, thanks very much.

Hi ,
Can you try the below steps and let us know the update,
1) Resave the customized section to new ruleset
2) Login with other user and run the tracer
3) Check whether the new section is called or not.

Few more things to check,
after making the necessary changes, have you checked in the rules ?
also the ruleset where you are making the changes and saving the rules, are they available to other users ?

Here by I enclosed you my steps,
This is what I mean the changed was happened only on my local activity, mybe it's caused by using 'private edit' to save, I've also tried to save what I need to be saved as my section, but at the end is I was stuck, I cannot call the section that I made before. Guys, please give me ur advise if I got wrong way.... thanks bfore.

Since it is a private edit copy, the changes will be visible only to you .
Furthermore the section you are trying to modify , is a final rule ( pzAttachFileBrowserMultiDD_P) . So you cant even create a local copy of the same.
So the best you can do is try save as the section with a new name ( say Text_AttachFile ) in your application level ruleset and then after making the necessary changes , check in the rule and do testing. Hope this helps.
