pyInteractionHistory is not loading

Hi,

When I am opening interaction history Configure->Decisioning->Monitoring->Interaction History in Pega 8.1.3, no record is loaded.

I can see below errors in the log file

"An error occured on executing the query for the report definition - There was a problem getting a list: code: 1013 SQLState: 72000 Message: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation."

Why suddenly it is taking long time to load? Before that it was working fine.

This is because IH table accumulates as more IH history is collected. The SQL error simply means that it takes long time complete the report. Regular archiving and cleanup of the IH table should be performed. Hi Kevin,

I removed pagin from pyInteractionsHistory and set no of records to fetch as 50. Still facing the same issue.

In that scenario also, the reason is same?

To be sure, capture the actual long running query. Then execute it from an independent sql client/explain plan, the normal troubleshooting steps (work with your DBA).
