Error loading adaptive decision management server data

Currently we are using Pega marketing for communication 7.31. We are trying to leverage the funcionality of ADM. We are using external cassandra cluster for decision data store and configured a dedicated node for the ADM service. These are connected and status is normal.

Though, we are getting the below error in Adaptive Models management Tab -

Error details - Error loading adaptive decision management server data. Ensure adaptive decision manager and decision data store service nodes are available.

We have checked the pega logs but no error.

Does any one face this type of issue ? Please help. Attached the document with configuration details.

Is this happening consistently in your environment? If not, decommission the ADM nodes add re-add them to see if that fixes the issue. Also did you see anything in the PRCluster.log files that the ADM nodes are out of the Hazelcast cluster?

Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, it is consistently happening (I have tried in all env like  DVP , SUP, UAT). I have also decommisioned the ADM nodes and re-add them, but it is not working. Nothing is there in PRCluster.log regrading ADM nodes.
