pxRouteToUserName is empty

Hi all,

I am facing an issue where .pxFlow().pxRouteToUserName is empty. It is an approval assignment where .pxRouteTo a WB is.

So now the follow up issue on this is that .pyAssignmentsList().pyLabel is not getting populated correctly (see pyWorkActionsPopulate (step 6.1) > pzGetAssignmentLabel).

I am unable to find the root cause and I don't want to set .pxRouteToUserName directly.

Has anybody a hint which might help me?

Is there any specific error you are getting or is it just that you are unable to see the value in pxRouteToUserName?

Have you checked the tracer log and seen if this property value got removed in some place?

I haven't seen where the value should get populated. It is just that Pega uses it in pyWorkActionsPopulate -> pzGetAssignmentLabel to set .pyAssignmentsList().pyLabel. I don't understand really how it should get populated and therefore also not why it is not getting populated.
