pxOBjClass cannot be associated with OR in the filter logic

We have an RD where users are allowed to change the filter logic. However we encountered this error when we add an OR in the filter. We need to have pxObjClass as a filter condition so just wondering what is the reason for not be able to have OR condition and pxObjClass in the filter logic? and are there anyway to overcome this?
