Hello,

our application is composed of several different modules, each based on case types belonging to a separate Work pool. Our "main user" access group can work on every one of these work pools.

However, our users are unable to reference these cases in the Pulse chat, because the list of cases allowed to be referenced is tied to the Access group's "default" (selected) work pool.

We tried to modify this functionality directly in the report being used, but even all the reports in Work- class only return results depending on this default work pool.

Is there a way to allow our users to reference all the required case types? We would need this referencing to use all the Work pools on the access group, not just the selected one (or even all case types in our App would work) and we welcome all suggestions.

We are also facing a similar issue with the OOTB Bulk Unfollow functionality, which is also tied to a Work- class report that only returns results from selected Work pool.
