PRPC Environment is down due to hung threads
Hi,
Our PRPC environment went down all of a sudden today morning and hopefully a recycle should be able to get it back up. However, I would like to dig further and see what caused this issue. I checked the PRPC logs and there is nothing in it. However, as I verified, there is certain entries in the SystemOut.LOG file which are related to hung thread. It goes like this:
[8/10/15 10:52:21:182 EDT] 00000079 ThreadMonitor W WSVR0605W: Thread "WebContainer : 43" (0002fc47) has been active for 468645 milliseconds and may be hung. There is/are 61 thread(s) in ....
The detailed LOG is attached along with.
Can anyone please help me to find the root cause, so that we can prevent this from happening in future?

There seems to be a problem with Hazelcast in your environment.
1) How many nodes are connected to this rulebase?
2) Please provide a dump of pr_sys_statusnodes table
3) Can the nodes communicate with each other on port 5700 ~ 5800 range?
