Property Set just first time

HI,

I want set property in first time but when edit one of property the second not change

example 

A= 123

propertySet A= B

A=123

B= 123

when I edit A, B take the first value

A=234

B=123

Use when condition B=="" to check if B does not have value and then only set the value. If B has value then property-set step will be skipped.
