Property references shows not existent rules

We have recently cleaned up several rules & classes which were not required using DB Queries.

i was checking a property references and found that the property is being refered in rules which does not exist.

Is it an issue? Should i clean it up as well?

If I understand your scenario correctly, you are facing issues while checking references for a rule and clicking on them you are getting message like those are not existing in the system.

Can you please check whether they are existing pr4_rule in the DB first. Also, depending on the type of rule there are other tables like pr4_rule_flow, pr4_rule_property etc.

Use refrator wizard to delete those rules.
