Problem selecting an item from the list

I need to select an item from the "Contenedores" list, but PEGA doesn't find all the items, just "Cliente Clasico".

The same does not happen with the other lists, for example "Ventana". Neither with drag capture nor with virtual controls

I attach images to understand the problem.

How could I select the "Bandeja de Entrada" option? if I haven't method like SelectItembyText
