Problem pyCaseWorker display

Hi everybody,

I'm working on the dev for a new application using PEGA 7.2.2. We need for our customer to create a new process. For their users, we created work access rules which displayed pyCaseWorker for portal. Our problem if we click on submit to go to the next stage or if we refresh the page, the portal disappear and we just have harness Perform displayed. The problem is the same for pyPegaExpress7 but we haven't the problem for pyCaseManager7.

So i'm trying to search the soltion but i haven't any idea ... :/

This is because of the "Single Document Model"(SDM) in the Case Worker portal. Change this SDM setting to mutliple type as it is done for Case Manager Portal which supports Multiple Document Model.
